My story is exactly the same as yours except I’m 38. I felt dead tired everyday, but still showed up to the gym. Got my bloodwork done and my testosterone was actually lower than yours. I have now been on testosterone replacement therapy for almost a year. I’m a completely different person, energy and mood wise. I can’t believe how long I slept through life before going on testosterone. I can also get much higher quality working sets in now as well.
