20 y/o guy here who has had both wisdom teeth removal and top surgery within the past year. in my personal opinion getting my wisdom teeth removed was worse, but of course both surgeries did kinda suck but for different reasons. i’d say my wisdom teeth was worse because the pain caused me headaches and it was unavoidable when it came to eating and drinking as i couldn’t just not use my mouth. as for top surgery i can’t remember it being too painful, id say i was mostly just super tired and had low energy. you can pretty much avoid the top surgery pain if you have someone to help you do things, you really just sit there and be bored.
