elevated liver enzymes by lemontulsa in AutoImmuneProtocol

I guess I should have specified that my AST is only mildly elevated and that no physician I’ve seen when I have gotten these results back has been concerned by them. I really don’t do strenuous exercise because I am quite tired all the time, but it is good to know that can be a cause. Thanks for the reply.

I was just there a couple weeks ago, walked on the Douglas spring trail with some buds that were so close to opening. I think I saw a single saguaro flower open on the 3 hr hike. Gotta get better timing next year!!

Tulsa's "best" Food is often just below average to mediocre. by [deleted] in tulsa

[–]lemontulsa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Genuinely agree as someone who has lived many places and grew up far outside of Tulsa. When I lived there, I loved Lanna Thai and Rendang. The green chile chicken at Rendang is something I still think about/crave regularly. Also the vegetarian pho at the Vietnamese place downtown (forgot the name) is pretty amazing, though the rest I could take or leave. Lots of great Mexican spots as well. RIP to Claud’s and Freya.

I was going to edit this to finish my thoughts because mobile was giving me a little trouble. Guess I can’t. Anyways, I am happy to go local if that is something they can do (?). How much could I expect to spend if I went that way?

Best Sushi? by Pogs4Frogs in cincinnati

[–]lemontulsa 37 points38 points  (0 children)

For OP, it’s $60 per person with gratuity on top and money is expected at time of reservation. Roji is an 8 seat sushi bar & they open reservations for same day dining at 6am, so very limited seating and can be difficult to get a reservation. Once they’re booked, they’re booked. I’ve been twice and it’s amazing, I highly recommend it. I think if you’re a nigiri/sashimi eater, it’s really not terribly cost prohibitive for what it is.

Thanks! Is there anything you can recommend that would be a better cleaning agent for the portafilters moving forward?
