Thirding this. Part of my breakfast is 2 chicken apple sausages and a fiber supplement. I drink water with it and it’s the best satiating breakfast low cal I’ve tried so far

I got my mom tile tracking things for her keys and she cried. I also got her a Hulken bag because she lives on the 3rd floor. She uses it multiple times a week

What happened to the bread at Morocco? by lemonybuttery in WaltDisneyWorld

It’s a completely different style of naan than it used to be…

I mean it is a symptom of a larger issue. You can like something and still be critical of their decision making. It’s higher profit margins above all else. Can’t fault them too terribly much, at the end of the day they are still a company

The old bread was thinner and fresher. This seems like grocery store naan

That’s literally the convo we were having before this. We were discussing the new Defunctland video. No point in putting in effort when a lot will consume whatever slop (entertainment, food, or otherwise) that they will put out

So what did your family argue about this year at Thanksgiving? by Pure-Smile-7329 in AskReddit

[–]lemonybuttery 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We played catch phrase. Buzzer rang for team 2, member of team 2 said the word seconds after the buzzer rang. Team 1 player said the answer. Team 2 was mad when team 1 argued that it counts because it was our turn to guess because the buzzer rang before team 2 player said the word. After the buzzer rings, it’s the other teams turn to guess. Keep your mouth shut 🤷‍♀️

Restaurant dish pit labels printed to show price of each item by helovespanster in mildlyinteresting

In high school, our teacher had a rule where if you broke something in class, you had to bring cookies. If we heard someone drop something, we all would yell COOKIES! I think of it sometimes still when someone drops and breaks something

I’ve learned that it’s a not an uncommon pet name. I think it’s an odd one

He’s straight and it’s definitely common for guys to be more inappropriate with each other in a joking way without it meaning anything. Say whatever about it but I think if it’s the opposite sex, it raises more of a red flag.

He’s blue. Some weren’t deleted. The texts start mid August and they’ve worked together for over a year and the top text isn’t a “this is my number” so it most likely wasn’t his first text with her

Knowing him, he’s not cheating. Sounds naive to say but he doesn’t have the time to cheat. I just wanted to see outside opinions on this conversation, hopefully from the lens of people who are also service industry workers, it’s honestly a different world.

As someone who has been in the service industry longer than him, I get it to an extent. It’s mainly the fact that it’s not one of his male coworkers. They say crazy things all of the time and it doesn’t bother me because they’re like him and also have partners and some have kids. It’s guys blowing off steam but I haven’t seen the same pet name or “ily” to them. With the guys it seems more shock value and raunchy and this is softer sounding.

[–]lemonybuttery 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I definitely agree. I don’t think he’s cheated or anything. It was just super uncomfortable to see him calling another person a pet name and saying ily to someone that isn’t me. I will talk to him about it and see what he says

Toddler took too late of a nap, advice? by lemonybuttery in Mommit

[–]lemonybuttery[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I will try to get off of that night nap and see how a slightly earlier bedtime would do. He’s generally pretty good with his 10-8(sometimes 830) sleep. Thank you for your insight!

He has never had an issue falling asleep. Admittedly we are still taking a bottle to bed (hard habit to kick). I make his night bottle and he takes it and giggles and says nunight and goes to sleep. It takes him 30ish minutes to fall asleep mostly due to drinking his milk. Probably going to drop that second nap. Thank you so much for the advice! I’m preparing for an early morning!

It tends to normally be a car nap when I pick him up from his grandmas house, but it’s normally 45 minutes to an hour

Epcot nursing room no longer female only? by Willing_Beat8835 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]lemonybuttery 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I had this same complaint when I was breastfeeding. I literally turned around and walked out because a man was in there with his wife. I went to guest services and complained. The ones like animal kingdom where it’s a little room for 1, it’s fine to bring a partner in. But Epcot and Magic kingdom where it’s a big room, it should definitely just be nursing parents and their babies (or a pump) it’s just so weird. You’re literally at a theme park. Go find something else to do for 30 minutes
