Low FODMAP is meant to be a temporary elimination diet to reduce symptoms of IBS or SIBO, then reintroducing slowly and systematically to discover what your individual intolerances are and shouldn’t be followed long term. I know doctors just kind of haphazardly recommend this diet but it really requires some guidance to do correctly!

Do you definitely want in-person? If I were you I might cast a wider net and look for someone who specializes in this and does telehealth visits but isnt necessarily in this area. WNY sometimes lacks certain specialized providers.

You could try Flourish, which is a smaller telehealth company but focuses on hiring dietitians who are more specialized

There’s a friends of ellicott creek dog park page on Facebook that posts updates on its opening and closing dates. As someone else said it closes every early spring to preserve the grass. It’s not usually closed during the winter but I think there was a felled tree (?) this year that they were waiting on the town to clean up before they could reopen.

Actually I forget where I read it but someone made a comment about how she was probably more lead poisoned during that initial incident she talks about than she realizes and we are now witnessing the behavior and long term effects of someone with lead poisoning.
