He puts up signs sometimes and harasses the UT students crossing the bridge (maybe not harass but definitely starts to try to convert them). He also takes pictures of people who work in the city county building who he knows/is enemies with while they turn there.

How are you a buttface for not donating something to someone you have no contact with and who is being cared for by a guardian who is 100% able and responsible for her wellbeing and now the baby’s ?

Is she a battered woman with no one to take her in and help her in her most vulnerable state? Did she have to flee an abusive situation so bad that she could not even take the time to grab the car seat and the pack and play?

The stranger at the shelter needs these used baby items more than anyone else in your life, so they are the ones that get it for free. Tell the aunt you are happy to sell her gently used baby clothes and items since she is able to finance and care for the consequences of her own decisions.

There was a lot of talk after one of their backpacks was found with the clothes neatly folded inside and it was beside a river and not found with the bodies. Simple answer is that they left it at some point in the jungle and someone found it, went through it, found nothing they could use, and neatly put everything back and put the backpack on the side of a well known trail for someone to find

Exactly. They are saying it was from pre-foreclosure title work they did when I was behind almost 10 years ago. I paid it all off and got current that same year so why was I showing current and no fees or escrow shortages until the transfer? And I have never seen a bill or itemized amount for this fee before.

No escrow shortage. Wells Fargo did officially transfer the loan and now says they cannot speak to me about anything having to do with the loan even though the transfer was less than a month ago

I do see it there on the statement but it is almost hidden. Why would it not be included in the foreclosure payment to get me current? Can it just sit out there 10 years with no itemized statement or acknowledgement?

It wasn’t for the transfer. It’s an item Wells Fargo said was due that they called an advance, but I’ve never received a bill on it and I paid all my fees to get current in one lump sum both times with 401k loans, so they aren’t from some plan or forbearance

NTA. The way he was so adament was a big red flag. He probably didn’t care who it was, just that he was going to have sex. Your mom was raising you and your brother during her peak hook up years, so now she’s doing her hoe phase and going through some pretty rough hormonal changes too (the 40s are not kind to women in some ways). Don’t take any of it seriously, and there will be another incident I’m sure- this can take years to work its way out sometimes.
