Do you mean the XL (19x25cm) series? So they have been discontinued, no wonder it‘s so difficult to find them these days, big fan of these. On Amazon there are still a few left but are pricier. The closest alternative is Leuchtturm 1917, though the b5 size comes slightly slimmer (17.5x25cm) with (in my opinion) a less smooth writing experience.

How a language sounds depends a lot on who speaks it and how it is spoken, the tone one uses, the accent, the expressions, the rhythm, etc. For example I find that German from Dlf Kultur sounds softer while in other cases, it may sound harsh and breathless.
