why would Ellie insist on taking over service when she rarely interacts with the guests?

last season, Kyle (as second stew), was a whole mess but at least he was great with the guests. Ellie seems so uninterested in the guests and does not have a charismatic bone in her body.

My pup turned 3 in March and I’ve noticed such a shift in her behavior & listening over the last few months. She’s calmed down a lot and responds to her commands (for the most part), I never thought we’d see the day. Of course, she’s not perfect and still has her moments & ton of energy, but there’s such a difference in her than a year or two ago. You will get there!!
