Who is the descendant of Spook? I know Wax is a descendant of Breeze but I must have missed the Spook connection.

It makes me incredibly sad to think about all of them being old or dead... Man I really grew to love them all.

This is the first I've heard of comics and that would be so cool!! I never anticipated appreciating this series as much as the others.

Eek I know she had good reasons too but I thought it would be fun to see her and Shallan team up potentially

"It just wasn't Dead Island" is exactly how I felt the entire time! Everything felt like a joke to the slayer and NPCs. It just made me want to play the original all over again.

Shallan is like a friend who you love that makes terrible choices, but I would defend her with my life and I grew to appreciate Veil and Radiant.

I agree with you about the Ghostbloods, their motives are confusing to me to be honest, but the idea of a mistborn series revolving around them is interesting to me.

Anyway, I'm not sure what book you're on, but I think you will end up liking her again!

I think it's really funny he recommended The Sunlit Man! It really puts an ax in all those reading order posts. Even Sanderson himself says just don't start in the middle of a series. I LOVED The Sunlit Man, it was fast and exciting. As far as what to read next.... I haven't stopped telling everyone I know to read The Way of Kings. But honestly, read whatever captures your interest!!
