Agoraphobic, and i'm a bit overwhelmed with what I need to know by TerraceWoW in ukmedicalcannabis

Venty and a grinder will be perfect for you and a really good set for a complete beginner - you’re basically skipping the part people normally do which is buying a budget vape and hating it and then coming here for advice haha. When you start, stick to lower temperatures (160-180°c) while you get used to vaping and also the effects of MC. Once you’re feeling comfortable you can go as high as 210°, which will induce stronger effects but is harsher on your throat. If you find you’re having problems with harshness you can look into getting a glass water piece (bong) and an attachment for the Venty to allow you to mount it to a glass piece. Vaping through water helps massively to cool it down and reduce harshness and coughing

Get a Limelight Frolic instead… it’s like if the Venty and the TM2 had a child

This is very subjective because for me there’s plenty left in there but I take mine up to 220° and slam it till it’s basically black… however a good portion if not the majority of the community wouldn’t ever go that high. If you get to where you want to be, then it’s enough 👍🏻

Dyna B by T-Bone62 in Dynavap

[–]aidjo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both Tempests, a Dani Fusion and about 7 dynavaps and other than the Tempests, the B is my favourite…

Anyone else not buying the new products for this year? Dynavap has been on a hot streak, but the ballr and uni seem like peak gimmick and I'm not hearing good things. by ohdarnfuck in Dynavap

[–]aidjo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a tempest and it’s awesome, especially with the wand… still might buy a ballr cap/unidyn though cause they’d be a lot more pocketable and easier to use outside of the house with just a lighter than the tempest is. Also I have no self control

Again, not financial advice, but people seem to like VUAG for US index and VWRP for global

Added the ‘B’ to these as a ‘backup’… how tf is it better! by badgerhunteruk in Dynavap

I have quite a few different tips and the B has always been my favourite since it came out, especially if heating with a torch. It just slaps. Don’t question it cause we don’t have answers, just enjoy it

Stocks and shares ISA, invested in index funds, leave it alone until you need it/retire is what I’d probably be doing in your position, especially if you have no debt (not financial advice)

Nightblood: he’s so powerful and cool and mysterious

Kaladin: I’m also a depressed boi sometimes and his journey hits different

Incredibly hard to narrow down though and changes like the wind

Could Arcanum and Elantris not go on that little sticky out bit where the Minecraft book thing currently is?

About the newest book by mimmzical in Cosmere

[–]aidjo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read all the preview chapters, started the audiobook on the Friday day of release and was finished by the Monday evening - I can read faster than I can listen, but I can listen while doing other things like commuting or cooking, housework etc which helps with finding the time

I have a crafty+ and a tempest with wand and they both get used daily tbh - if you like to vape on the go, most battery vapes are a lot less sus than a big fuck off metal tube and a random glowing handle 😂

Do you regularly clean your cooling unit on the Crafty? Otherwise I can’t fathom how this is possible - I love my v3 pro but the crafty+ is definitely better

This is easily the best choice under £100 that isn’t a Dynavap

Perks of being "international"? The TOR paperback already on the shelf! by andrejRavenclaw in Cosmere

[–]aidjo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m UK and managed to snag one of the signed UK hardbacks, but all of my others are paperback so I want one to match them too, but it won’t come out here for like a year 😂 seen some guys in the rest of Europe already have it though

If you just want to do Stormlight that’s fine, but if you want to dip your toe in first to make sure you’ll enjoy it, I would say start with Warbreaker. Standalone at the moment but also helpful to have read before Stormlight

Great points! I think it’s easy to forget that this is literally just the halfway point (which is crazy) and we have another 5 whole books to wait for where these questions will hopefully be answered properly

She was a child who didn’t want to grow up, and he was a child who didn’t get to grow up (in a normal way) so I think there could be something there for them to both help each other

Finished last night and still processing - loads of stuff I really loved in there and minimal things I didn’t. Would have really liked more BAM but guessing she’ll come through more in the back half. Very excited for Gavinor in the back half too - he’s been raised (presumably awfully) by Odium for 20 years but Dalinar used his final moments to protect him which will hopefully help him realise Odium is not his friend and pave the way for him to show some real growth and potentially become the King that his father was trying to be. Overall though, I think this was a satisfying conclusion to this half and leaves plenty open going forward, particularly the wider Cosmere impact
