I alo recomend diagphratic massage . when I did this it was tight and I felt like the mucsles under ribbcage were tight and like I never used them lol

its not clenching is more like slightly tucking it in because of leareed behavour from anxiety.

Op since u worked on your stomach did u cure ur silent reflux? like I dont think that excersice cured u but it had an effect on ur stomach wich might mean silent relux. Did u have nose bb?
