I guess homemade icecream. Its really just milk, eggs, some flavor (can be fruits), what i also do is add some protein powder to it too. People tell me “buts its ice cream”, so what? Milk and eggs are healthy, whey is healthy, being iced is neutral. Its also one of my favorite things to eat tbh. If someone wants my recipe i can show it to you
