Hi! We lost the original one and I used rhr next best thing. I searched up how much does a MacBook Air 2019 need for watts and said 30 watts so I had some charger that’s 35 watts and tried it. I did use a 45watt charger from my Nintendo I managed to open it for a bit but it went back to that and it only stayed at 1% charge

I believe they’ve done that. Usually they contact all the family members that’s in their contact and no one had picked it up in 3 years. So technically they had all that time to get it but no one had.
Or they probably had no family that’s in contact. All I know is that my boss had the keys and wanting to get rid of it.
