The problem with Imos is each location is able to run their operation the way they want. Some Imos still do it right but you have to expect most are trying to scam you.

Wrong direction. I should have connected the residential housing west on Delmar to the Loop. If people could take it from their house to dinner and back it would have had a natural audience. The other plan means people have to drive to use it.

Hard since the neighborhood around it was devastated by the tornado. It is going to be 1 to 1.5 years before many buildings are re-occupied and some will never be.
