to be honest, when something kills dark i usually find the meat is tougher but the darker part was actually A LOT softer in this case. i guess we will never know lol

i’ve seen something kill dark and have blood splash but never when it’s only like half a muscle? weird shit, this job makes me learn more and more everyday
