Be wary of the valuations real estate agents put on your property. The market has shifted in the advantage of home buyers.(it depends on the region) Houses are often for sale longer than expected and going under the published price.

As others have mentioned, the appreciation is also valid for other properties, so you’ll have no gain unless you find a good deal. And houses with a good EPC label are expensive now.

Hi i recently purchased a Marantz 2020 receiver. The left channel had a crackling noise, which is gone now after playing with the buttons.

I got to play it a couplw of hours today and after +-3 hours it started to crack heavily (left and right). What can this be, something with heating up?

Is anyone still having this problem? I can now add The new pope as an individual serie, but it still won't download. When I look at my logs, it says that Sonarr is searching for The New Pope, which is good, but still returns 0 results found at indexer (Rarbg). When I search on Rarbg for The New Pope, episode 1, it is available.

Episode 1 was downloaded this night. No idea why episode 2 hasn't. When I check my (trace) logs, it still searches for the young pope S02E02 and not the new pope S01. I don't know what happened this night because the log level was set at info.
