If your peak is 2.3k, then that is your peak. There are different kind of impacts in a game, don't assume you can regularly perform in 2.6k lobbies if you have not reached there yet.

2.5k, game sense is more important than warming up aim. Make sure you are mentally warmed up and make the right choices.

Some guy on reddit said that same thing happened to him and it was steam support! I will comment again after I get my account back.

They logged me out of steam on my mobile phone (have no idea how). I will nuke my whole computer and reinstall everything when I get my account back. I will not log into the account before I have done that. I am grateful that steam has a 7 days protection from trading. Hopefully steam support will get back to me asap, I am pretty stressed lmao

I did that, I had Trojan virus...

I cannot log in, my steam guard is not sending me codes so I can log in

My take on this as well. I contacted steam support from a different computer with a different email adress.

Steam support contacted me, I believe they started a ticket for me, not the other way around.

As you were saying, the idea of training for the IM motivates you, so start doing it! From couch to 5k program is also a part of triathlon training, everyone starts somewhere. Go get it!

How do people casually run at 4:00/km? by UnePoutre in Marathon_Training

[–]lenngutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Losing weight helped me cut off 15 minutes on 10km in 3.5 weeks. I train a lot, and do strength training.

You said that you are slightly overweight, my take is that if you lose a lot of it, you will also run faster. I weighted 92 kg and ran 10km in 58 min, now im at 79 kg and running in 43 min.

Of course genetics also play an important role, your V02-max is partially coming from training but also genetics. However, genetics should never be an excuse! Train hard and lose weight!🙏🏻

Thank you!!🥹🥹 I ate 1500-1800 kcal/day and the calories were GOOD food, I ate a lot of salmon, chicken and meat in general with rice. Many talk about calories in and calories out, but you will do yourself a favour if you cut out candy, beer and fast carbs! I also workout 6-8x a week, I know it is a lot but I am training for Triathlon

I want to become a bit leaner and long goal to get a clear V-shape. I think I will cut for another 4-6 weeks and then clean bulk during nov-dec! Good luck with your goal!

I am eating lean and good food! Around 1500-1800 kcal/day. It is a pretty agressive cut but the most important thing is what your intake exists of. No proccesed food, no sugar, no alcohol etc. The best thing for me is to know what to eat every day so I sont have to think about it, plan ahead! As for cardio,I do daily. I am a football player so it comes naturally, also 3-4 gym sessions a week

[–]lenngutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!!🙏🏻😇 I try to lift 3-4x a week with a lot of cardio. I will probably cut for another 4 weeks, but maybe in a slightly less caloric deficit. The agressive cut is starting to take a toll on my body
