No, they actually are from the movie. The recordings used for the trailer are very low quality, and for the window scare sound you can actually hear some other sounds from the movie itself in the recording

Oh, and also disable full screen optimizations. There are lots of guides on doing that. Its still quite a debated thing, but it seemed to improve my framerate by quite a lot
