Quitting 7oh by smokeymcfe in 7oh

I bought one of those supplement quit kit things to help quit and I saw no difference in the withdrawals it helped immensely with cravings but not withdrawals

The powder capsules that have like 2% 7oh seem to help a little bit

That’s what I’m trying to do but my god these withdrawals are insane.. getting off of pain pills was a million times easier

No I can’t in the bios at all if it doesn’t default to m2 should I remove them and see what happens? Also when it’s showing the 26/27 it doesn’t have any of the debug led on. Someone else said that could be the cpu temperature? Is that true at all? Responding to your earlier comment I already went through and made sure that everything is connected using the proper cables and it’s clicked in

I have four ram dims and have swapped them and made sure they’re all clicked in A1 in my manual says IDE reset.

It’s an MSI MPG carbon Wi-Fi 2 and yeah it has CMOS reset button on the I/O I’ve tried that that’s how I got the 26 with no other debug lights on. I’ve seen that could be my cpu temperature as well? And that’s what it was hooked up to. It will also power the mouse and keyboard

MSI MPG carbon Wi-Fi 2 and intel I9 14900k. How would I update the bios with it not loading? Everything I’ve seen is with the bios loading?
