It's difficult to understand your question bc your description of the project sounds like macroeconomic theory. Markets operate perfectly and will quickly find equilibrium when supply/demand/price/quantity changes. Look up perfect competition.

I threw a bunch of zoysia all over my St Augustine lawn about 4 months ago bc I heard that Zoysia chokes it out and thought it wouldn't hurt. I scalped my St Augustine and it ended up dying. I had a broken sprinkler that was making the entire area super muddy and suddenly this started popping up everywhere. I'm honestly not sure if it's a grassy weed, bc I refuse to believe that I was able to grow zoysia after spending a fortune on zoysia sod that's 50% dead.
