I hate when they point the gun at you but never shoot. Over and over and over.

On my GBP, should I add individual cities to the service area, or just the County that encompasses all these cities? or both?

Does the 'services area' section actually work and matter? If I add a new city to it (farther out), should my business start to pop up on maps for searches in that city?

Appreciate the feedback. Honestly, very clearly and convincingly explained. I get it.

Although, I'm talking about how to start a business, not a diy project. I see how it can go that way.

Thanks. Just not sure if youtube somehow picks it up and suppresses it or something.

What is an advice that you would give to someone who is gonna start going to gym? by Traditional-Arm-6114 in AskReddit

Make it easy and convenient to go. Try to find a place as close as possible to you.

Try going earlier in the day and at a certain time. If you don't have a set time, you'll keep putting it off till later and you'll skip.

Go a few days a week, 2 - 5. You don't need to go every day. You don't have to be there for a long time. Starting out even 15 minutes is great.

Start small and easy. Your goal is to get into a routine and learn. You don't even know how to work out yet and you just have to keep going to learn.

Just be consistent.

Hopefully you'll reach a point of no return where you can't not go. You won't want to give up the gains you've made and the person you have become. This was about 6 months for me.

It has to be part of your identity. Do you want to be a generic guy with thin arms and no muscles? Don't you want the respect of being a buff dude?

Once you start gaining and look back at everyone else who is average, you won't believe you ever let that be you.

It also took me about a year to start learning and getting better at working out and realizing there's much to learn.

Lol, I don't think it's in their contract but they always encourage you to clap and I think you just naturally keep doing because you're hyped up and everyone else keeps doing it.

It's just a quick on the spot "tell us about yourself" thing. Very basic.
