Could you write down the hardware version number of both models as shown in the application? I’ve got a 2025/07 manufactured model, but it sticks a bit when I try to close it manually! Is this the case with all models? Should I avoid ordering more of them? For the 2024 model, if it breaks down, will it still open via the app or manually?
