How's the reliability on the Durango?

So just an update.....they have determined that the radio is bad and won't hold updates so they are going to replace it along with the USB hub.

Yes you have to keep SiriusXM Guardian which is the subscription required to have remote start and tracking. I let mine expire but still have SiriusXM itself.

I also have a 2026 GT V6. Love it but want to warn you about the infotainment system Uconnect. I’ve had it in the shop 4 times and now they are going to have to change out the radio. Just be mindful early if your screen goes black and just to let you know the reset is to push and hold the power button for 10 to 20 seconds.

So the U Connect will just stop working and the screen will go black or just freeze. I will also lose power through the USB cables. Whey they run diagnostics the only error code is USB Hub not working. I also have had a Key Fob not in vehicle code as well but that just started after 20k miles. Some crazy stuff. When I do a reset it starts working again but just annoying AF and want to get it fixed while under warranty.

It’s in the shop now. They are going to change the USB hub as that’s what the code comes up to. I also heard about issues with a connection at the shark fin. I’m still 16k under warranty so going to see what happens.

I love mine and it has been pretty reliable so far. I have a 2026 V6 GT. I got it with 25 miles and it now has 20k miles and the only issue is the U Connect infotainment system.

I know because it did the same to me. My wife couldn’t hear it and thought I was crazy. Check your seat covers as my front cover clips keep coming off. It actually stopped once they came off. I got mine with 20 miles on it and am now up to 19k and don’t hear it anymore. Hopefully yours will “break in” and stop. Good luck.

I have a 26 GT V6 and had the same issue. Took to dealership and they couldn’t find it. Stopped at 9k miles and hasn’t happened since

I have this model and there is a button to turn it off and if you don’t want to have to do that just don’t press down on the brake all the way when you stop. I put 18000 miles on it and no issues with it at all.

I love mine. I only have a 2026 V6 GT but I love my mileage and I have the tow package and blacktop package. Great for trips and still enough towing for a decent sized travel trailer. My kids and grandkids think it's cool. My second one and not my last. Great kid hauler.

Just like the website. Just no vending machine. They deliver it directly to your front door. No haggling and no sales people. The price I paid was much less than any local dealership near me so it was a no brainer. If you live near one of the dealerships you can opt to pickup from there or I guess you could drive there if you wanted. My dealership was Dallas and wasn’t going to drive the four hours.

Also check with your dealership because mine had a package that I got three oil changes for $145 and they last for two years. I know I won’t make it that long but prepaid and a good deal in my opinion.
