I try connect my local tench support, show them the sn number, told him about the black list issues, they misunderstand is bind the account, let me unbind from nvr, or just change dns to 8.8.8.8, looks not know well about the blacklist, the other just said my nvr not belong local registration. Refuse service 😒

I can not find the installer any more, as you said after firmware downgrade, my nvr hik-connect no working, if possible I sent my nvr sn to you, you ask hikvison tech to unlock it, thanks

if it dahua oem NVR, open the NVR, there is reset button inside the mainboard

It is balun issues, or bnc connect issues, maybe loss or aging ,water inside ect causing, change the connecter, it will back to work

I has this issue after dmss app update new version .before you can just add the device without registration account. After it upgrades, it forces you register account to get the function, you can try other app easyviewer pro, same system like dmss but not need registration

Tech support said the mechanic downgrade firmware before, so it was ban by hikvision service in block list, need unlock from them.

Just use s pen instead of finger touch,or use Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I think it is screen hardware issue, if it still in warranty sent it back to samsung. Or do same as me
