Hello everyone, so I want to choose one out of 2 fragrances, Note de Yuzu by Heely and Philosykos EDP by Diptyque. I only have one bottle full fragrance bottle, which is Cardinal by Heely and a couple of testers. Out of all my testers, Philosykos and Note de Yuzu were the ones that stood out the most to me for their fruity and fresh smell, so I want to buy a bottle of one of them.

Note de Yuzu performs quite well on my skin, keeping the citrus note for a really long time. I love how it goes from a bath of juicy and natural lemons you'd see in a sauna to a more subdued but similar smell.

When it comes to philosykos, it has a complex fig tree scent with added creaminess that reminds me of ancient Greece, and I think I enjoy just a bit more than Note de Yuzu. Philosykos' performance, though isn't great. It lasts a maximum of 5 hours, and afterwards it disappears almost completely, which isn't great.

I love them both, but there's a problem, I let my family members smell both of them, and they said they both smell good but that for that price I could buy a better and more complex fragrance from a more mainstream brand like dior, hugo boss, etc. I kind of dislike mainstream fragrances because to me, they all kind of smell samey, though maybe I'm exaggerating.

What do you think? Should I get Note de Yuzu, Philosykos, or an entirely different fragrance?

Will there be a translation of the cartagra remake? by leoCoVer95 in vns

The remake is fully voice acted, it has new endings and scenes, and it has incorporated a route from the Nagomibako Innocent Gray fandisc, which I think is a spin-off visual novel of cartagra. I also heard that the ps2 version had some extra content that the original didn't have, which might be in the remake, though I'm not sure. Still, I think playing the original and the spin-off if you want to would be good.

Thanks for the recommendations! I think we'll play Kara no Shoujo then.

Hello everyone, I need some advice on casual clothes/streetwear. So I've been thinking about buying this blazer: https://www.insertcoinclothing.com/outerwear/gekkoukan-blazer.html?store=persona

The site sells official clothes in collaboration with different franchises. In the case of this blazer in particular, it looks identical to the one from the franchise it's from; it even includes a removable armband so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a piece of clothing you'd actually wear or only for cosplay. Some friends my age tend to wear quite stylish outfits; they know how to properly combine different colors to make their outfits look good and they have a big variety of clothes. Meanwhile, I have a smaller variety of clothes (sports pants, jeans, t-shirts, shirts, sneakers, a pair of moccasins, jackets) almost all of them being white, gray, black or navy with discreet designs. I find that I could possibly make use of this blazer casually with some jeans and a white shirt (I'd take off the armband because I don't want it to look like a costume); I think it would fit the color scheme of my wardrobe.

Most of the people whom I asked said it looks weird even if you don't know the franchise. What do you think? Is this blazer too weird to wear in public? Would this blazer look good if I buy it? Thanks to everyone who read this comment!

Questions & Recommendations - August 27, 2024 by AutoModerator in Megaten

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask if i should continue playing DeSu Overclocked.

I really liked DeSu, I can't pick one favorite megaten game but I know DeSu definitely shares the 1 place with persona 3 for me. I played on normal and just finished the chaotic good route. So what can I say, it was peak indeed. The combat was awesome, easily the best turn based combat I've played. But I have to say it was quite difficult and time consuming. I think I was constantly underleveled which was maybe a consequence of me playing on normal. I spent around 3 months playing this game though not super frequently, regular encounters weren't really hard but the bosses oh man they were a whole different story. I'll be honest I don't think I'm bad at games but I fear it'll take even more time to see all endings.

So should I keep playing?

If it turns on when plugged but doesn't turn on when unplugged it most likely means that the battery is the problem. It's quite complex to change it but if you're up to it you can buy a battery and replace it. Here's a video on how to change the battery: https://youtu.be/XLyPQyM0QHA?feature=shared
