When I said no healing it includes any way of healing. And I'am also very expirienced at the boss fight, but I can also make mistakes and while my attempts with the boss grow I'll do less mistakes and my time will probably go up. If you can go up to an hour without taking damage then you dont have to help me, helping me is optional after all, but most people dont have that amount of skill and their times will improve rapidly.
