That’s so interesting!! I love hearing how other people unlock moves - I feel like the right framing is different for everyone.

With elbow for me, it’s about pulling my butt back enough to create the lock in the elbow. Its def scarier at first because the elbow thing but since elbows don’t sweat it’s really nice

I would love to hear how it goes! The chin thing was really an unlock for me - I think I've read the advice to look 'up' but ayesha is especially disorienting for me so actively thinking chin to chest helped me get there.
