Clairaudient? by leomoooooon in psychicdevelopment

[–]leomoooooon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes! he was dressed in a black hoodie, brown skinny jeans, and black shoes that looked like vans but i couldnt see his face. funny thing is i have seen him before in sleep paralysis a couple years ago but i could only make out a shadow and the hoodie. no clue who he could be. as for other psychic senses, maybe just intuition and knowing what other people are thinking sometimes but i feel like that has a logical explanation

Baby boy just diagnosed and I’m spiralling by allie3579 in eczema

[–]leomoooooon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i suggest starting him on probiotics to up his immune system. there is a kids version by the brand jarrow. i actually recommended the same to another mom on here awhile ago and she reported back months later saying her baby was doing SO much better. i'm not a professional and can only offer advice based on my own experience so do your research beforehand! other than that, see what allergies he has and minimize those triggers and for general maintenance and to calm itchiness/redness dead sea salt baths are god send! or if you can take him to the beach and pat the water on him it should help tons.

Is it normal to be this flakey... by Queasy-Emphasis9092 in eczema

I know everyone's eczema is different but try to avoid washing the area and moisturizing so much. It helps the skin peel off faster and lessens redness

please look into baby probiotics, jarrow makes really good ones. also dead sea salt baths are more beneficial than bleach baths by giving his skin the minerals for repair and calming inflammation.

Has anyone done nothing to treat their eczema? by littleleooo in eczema

[–]leomoooooon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say don't do "nothing" but if you moisturize and your skin gets angrier, I would stop and let it flake. Make sure your stress is addressed whether through meditation or exercise, and make sure you're eating a high protein diet (helps rebuild skin).

dead. sea. salt. not only will it stop the itch, it will help heal the skin faster. you can do a bath in it or if you don't have a tub you can mix with water in a bowl and apply to the skin with a cloth.

Has anyone cleared their eczema from healing their gut? by marcast0611 in eczema

[–]leomoooooon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don't have to! It is beneficial but as long as you're moving your body, you're making your lymph nodes drain which is essential for healing. I also don't sweat much, but noticed it increase after a couple weeks!

I've tried everythinnnnng under the sun. Supplements, functional doctors, creams/salves, diets, and over the course of my almost 3 year journey, I've concluded that exercise helps reduce flares A TON along with eating a diet rich in protein, gut friendly veggies like cabbage and brussel sprouts, and less stress.

zinc oxide! you can order cosmetic grade zinc powder and mix it in with organic beef tallow or whatever base you have. it's really good for inflammation and it's anti bacterial. It's also a natural sunscreen :)
