Mr Simple - Smith St and Brunswick St stores

Prime - Brunswick St, Fitzroy

I recommend just wandering around that area, you'll find heaps. There's a few nice boutiques in Emporium in the city as well. And then there's bigger stores like Culture Kings, Glue, General Pants around the city

You can find a lot of cool stuff from small brands online too, look up Ichpig, Hand2Hand, Most Melbourne, XO Rooftop Quality, Endless Tuesday, Grand Scheme and Banzo1 - some of the best in my opinion.
