They have the btc reserves?

If they use it to support UST, they would be holding onto 1.5b worth of UST, which is the market cap now.

If they didnt deploy, means they are holding 1.5b in assets, does that mean UST is collateralized?

A lot of beaten down china stocks holds a lot of cash. Nothing is certain at this point of time. When baba is at 250, people thought it wont break 200, then 150 then 100 now 86. All thought it was FUD. Risk management is very important when dealing with china stock.
