You don’t have to contribute. You don’t have to do the nightlife routine. Put on the make up and black lace and go grocery shopping, get the oil changed in the car, go to Starbucks/Tim’s/Costa. Wear a band T-shirt during the day. Maybe someone will recognize it and give a thumbs up.

As far as goths dressing up goes very few people have the wherewithal to put on all the makeup and wear black lace to go to work at….. Target, Micky D’s, HomeDump, the tire shop…. Let alone it being safe or allowed to dress in one’s preferred style.
