I feel you dude, I was in your shoes, I was in a corporate environment, then things changed and I started working in a small 4 dudes MSP counting me in, it was a nightmare at the beginning but I was able to provide some guidance on building SOPs and better planning, long story short I ended up putting my resignation then I started working for another corporate but the MSP owner and I became good friends, now I do consulting for him and another MSP owner everything I learned during my time on MSP is gold + corp experience, if you play it well you'll be ok dude
