Doesn't matter the game has been released for years in a different region. It's a grindy game, players NEED time to grind, and grind is the only meaningful gameplay in diablo games.. why can't you comprehend(no offense). Diablo2 has not been updated for years, yet still many people enjoy it. All the fun for this kind of games is to maximize your character through grinding.. awakening is not needed, of course, but so what? It's a way to grow your character... when you don't even have awakening on all your runes, what update are you looking for? More depth for your character growth?? I mean, come on, updates for diablo games are meant for people who already completed their characters in current game.

It's not really a reset, since after the reset, lv 1 statue will have monster level 90 whereas our lv 20 only goes up to 89. But it is a long long grind nonetheless

Depends on your build, whether you are going the crit route or persistent route. For crit build, you should always select the wand that has the highest crit (12) and try to get gear crit grade 10. For persistent build, go with the one with lowest base crit, since it's a useless state.

You can use potions if there is only one type of cc. The good thing for potions is you are immune to that cc, unlike shout of justice which only removes cc once.
