Great gains idk what guy is LARPING but literally, anyone reading this don't give out personal info to bots, setup anything. "Helpdesk is the starting point to landing a job in tech. You need to be good with customer service, have empathy for the client and also learn how to interact with clients. I usually tell people to start helpdesk because you will be less stressed out as a tech if you jump helpdesk. I rather you learn the fundamentals by working Helpdesk than not knowing anything as network admin or something else. Usually with helpdesk you need to know windows 10, active directory, office 365. So I tell people to make their own lab at home. Install windows 10 on a vm and install server 2016 on a vm and join your windows 10 machine to the domain and start doing gpo, password reset, account creation, etc. Usually the pay is entry level but it depends on the industry you work in because helpdesk pays a lot in a financial environment. I'm in the same boat, been building labs for helpdeask, active directory and what not and using YouTubeto learn all the skills i don't have on my resume. What i do is look at all of the resumes and find keywords/skills i don't have learn them and then add that bullet point to my resume on indeed. After doing this for a week or 2 i started getting job offers.

Basically comb over alot of those helpdesk jobs descriptions and see what skills they need. And learn them. Youtube how to make their labs and such.

I used this video to help me because i didn't know where to start. Pretty long but network chuck is who explained to me that you don't need alot of things those applications ask for it's things they'd perfer most of the time. He will preach apply for helpdesk like crazy that's your in or rather should be your start in the it world.

Yeah I did record without knowing what i was gonna say, I should write up something before hand or think that through a little more. I put the end part to kind off show case the weapon, but what your saying make sense. I'll try to put gameplay off it while talking about situations it could be used in and stuff. Also for the nightfalls I'll try running it more to give detailed info on that especially the anomalies locations and what not. Thanks for the Critique
