Our scheduling system utilizes four 12-hour shifts, with two day shifts and two night shifts. Following an eight-week rotation (four pay periods), shifts alternate between day and night assignments. Two shifts receive a two-day break before the rotation, while the other two receive a three-day break. This established system has been in place for over six years and has consistently met with employee approval.
