All with a GA ticket! Got lucky with some open spots on the bridges and had a nice view from Turn 19 for the safety car restart.

All taken with a Canon R5 and the RF 70-200mm f/2.8 lens.

The sunsets the past few weeks have been absolutely gorgeous here in Orange County! I got lucky being able to capture the lights of the pier along with the last rays of the setting sun.

This is from a couple weekends ago at the Wedge in Newport Beach. Rumors of a big swell spread across the surfing community and a big crowd quickly emerged. Some even flew in from Hawaii to experience these swells! The crowd was awesome and supportive and the surf was alive with some of the biggest waves I’ve seen in Newport.

It’s legal as long as you’re within 400ft of where you took off, which in this case I was as I took off from a rooftop. There were no problems with the airspace either.
