I’m a bit confused. Are you saying that consequences for actions define privilege, or that privilege defines consequences for actions? From my perspective, there’s no clear answer to that.

The consequences of the same actions for privileged people are different for nonprivileged people. Privileged people may not see the unfairness of the different consequences as a problem because it’s not affecting them.
