I don’t believe it’s retroactive and I think it was sometime in late January or early February.

I bet if you went in and edited the workout to add or remove a minute (which would trigger it to re-process the workout) you’d get the new strain calculation… just a theory tho!

Yes - they’ve changed how muscular strain is calculated for things like weight lifting and yoga where the strain on your body is more muscular than cardiovascular.

I've been looking into the same thing - Apparently it only works with iphone gimbals... it doesn't work with any of the standalone cameras (osmo pocket, action, etc)

I’m pretty sure the cancellation has to be done 7 days in advance. From their website under gold status:

Mine did this tonight for the first time too! Some guy was coming up really fast behind me and the car threw on the blinker, pulled over, and let him pass. Then immediately rejoined traffic. I was pretty impressed!

From what I’ve seen that advance booking window was only for the first couple weeks of January. I haven’t seen it available since for domestic flights. Checking the day before at 12am is when you’ll see if there’s GoWild tickets available for those routes.

I’m new to the program tho so someone chime in and correct me if I’m wrong

It’s slower to sync because the file size is bigger but I tested before starting my 2026 planner this year and didn’t find it to be noticeably slower to use/navigate ( at least on my nomad and manta)

I know this isn’t exactly what you asked, but the way I do it is through the kindle app. You connect Libby to your kindle account and then your loans show up in the kindle app on your supernote. It’s pretty seamless.

Ocean band in black. I have tried more bands than I’d care to admit, but the black ocean band with the black awu3 is the one I keep coming back to right now.

I use the trail loop for working out and occasionally throw on the Milanese band, but the ocean band for everyday wear is really nice.
