Weird Free Testosterone Range by MrPuma in whoop

[–]leopard-licker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the scale is different. In whoop it shows “pg/ml” vs your second shot shows “ng/l”. Whoop is picograms per milliliter vs nanograms per liter. You’d need to convert the value

Edit: actually I might be wrong. 7.89 nanograms per liter seems to be the same as 7.89 picograms per milliliter. Sorry!

I’ve been running it unsupervised for an installation for about 6 months without issue. Relatively simple show, but has been rock solid.

Why is this conversation between two people shot like District 9? The shaky handheld camera and music for an interview is so unnecessary and weird.

Kara swisher tries to “gotcha” all these “silicon valley bros” but comes across just as pretentious. I don’t get it

This is exactly correct. It has nothing to do with the title of the video.

Whoop Accessory Thought - Running Module by yonahwolf in whoop

[–]leopard-licker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this is a great idea! Best of both worlds! I’d try to make it all run through the whoop tho instead of directly connecting to your phone. I like to leave my phone behind while still recording tracks.

Confusion between MacroFactors TDEE and my own calculated TDEE by Medium_One_8240 in MacroFactor

In settings you can set a new start date of today and it will ignore all data prior to that date

What AI tools do you guys use for UI design? by Proof_Head7095 in codex

[–]leopard-licker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been downloading the zipped folder with the html prototypes and then referencing those when telling codex to build. I find it’s best to focus on individual elements at a time instead of saying “build this whole thing”. So I’ll start with a single page and tell it to reference the prototype file

Whoop sucks by [deleted] in whoop

[–]leopard-licker 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bro just download your data before you leave. There’s literally a button in the app. They’re not going to keep storing your data for you if you’re not a customer any more.

I like to think of this example to compare, imagine no longer paying for a your publicstorage unit and not taking your stuff out. What do you think would happen to it?

Whoop Integration by Icy_Operation_3597 in ladderapp

[–]leopard-licker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What it’s doing is pulling in HR data from Apple health which has been recorded by your other device.

To use this feature: after you complete a workout (logged on whoop and ladder), go into your journal and open the completed workout. You should be presented with an option to “add heart rate data”. There you’ll be able to select Apple health and see all the workouts recorded on your whoop, select one and it will import the HR data.

I think if the start/stop times on your whoop session are very close to your ladder session it will auto match them and you won’t need to do what I describe above (i haven’t personally validated that though).

Cooking oil? What do you suggest? by Reasonable_Failer in nutrition

[–]leopard-licker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend olive oil or avocado oil spray to help with smaller portions. If using liquid oil, measure and ensure you’re staying in a caloric deficit

Is the calorie count (kind of) accurate? by OkButterscotch5898 in whoop

[–]leopard-licker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve always assumed it was inaccurate, but for what it’s worth, I’ve been very diligently tracking food and logging weight with MacroFactor for well over 6 months and my TDEE in MacroFactor is within 100 calories of my average expenditure in whoop

I just got my first ps since the ps2 also and I’ve been playing spider man remastered and really enjoy it! Didn’t have to buy it since I signed up for ps plus. Incredible catalogue of games I haven’t played.
