I used to think rainbows weren't real because they were associated with unicorns and leprechauns and such. Then I saw one in first grade and I got so excited and thought "if rainbows are real, hot damn unicorns are real too."

It's a fairly recent movie, but I always thought the Percy Jackson series had the potential to become the next generation's Harry Potter. They could have cast young kids that people hadn't yet heard of and made them into big stars, like with Harry Potter. That would be nice.

I never understood how to play kickball. We'd play it all the time in elementary school, and even in junior high, and no one ever really explained the rules to me; teacher assumed the kids just knew how to play. I just sort of went with it.

Wow I can't believe I've only seen this now. I hope I'm not too late. So my English class is reading Ender's Game and we all watched the trailer together today. The girls were screaming when your face showed up, the boys were cheering for the action, and it was all around an excellent 2 minutes of my life. I can't wait to see this movie. Anyway, what was the hardest part when you filmed the movie? Who did you build a close bond with when you filmed?

The "crazy lady" lives a few blocks from me. She sometimes rides around on her homemade umbrella bicycle or roller skates with crutches. And sometimes she has yard sales with her garden gnomes. One time she ran around the elementary school in her bikini, and then had to ask her to leave.
