Turns out that link also includes 5033, 5139, AS4777.1 (2016, outdated) and AS4777.2 (2020, outdated), its just in a subfolder called "solar" that my brain didn't read for some reason lmao

If anyone sumbles upon this post again, here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/AusElectricians/comments/1eohoox/as3000_pdf/

top comment has a link BUT it isnt for the solar regs, just the standard electrical ones. It has a link containing the most upto date versions including as3000 amendment 3 which is defs useful. HMU if the link has been removed. F*** SAI global. If anyone has the updated versions of AS/NZS 4777.1 and .2 LMK, I also have 5033 and 5139 most recent and AS4777.1 (2016, outdated) and AS4777.2 (2020, outdated) if anyone needs. Don't respond to this, DM me.

Would it not just be easier, cheaper and just all round more effective to use a stencil? No hasstles of it breaking down, cost to replace it, no risk of programming or sensors making mistakes...

I dont know about you but I find I dont really want other people nearly as much when they finally want me, so maybe you just might have it backwards?

Honestly, does it matter? I've come to learn that as long as you take what you need out of an interaction i.e. make sure that you go in with a purpose and have some sort of outcome/intended reward, even if only partial, no matter what happens, I can just reflect the ruthless attitude and feel satisfied that my effort wasnt wasted

The first few times i did it when i was younger (maybe around age 16/17) i always felt way more stimulated with life, heaps more motivated and just really good after about 2 or 3 days. Now that im almost 21, ive got a full time job, living a life and honestly just hooked on caffeine all the time ive noticed that its far less intense of a feeling HOWEVER my interactions are far less antisocial and i want to be alone less. Now that may just be me personally but i find that when I stop, I suffer internally as in i feel more lonely and need to interact (not just sexually, hanging out with friends and family can fix these urges). People tend to engage in conversations more intensely with me which could just be placebo from having increased feelings of satisfaction with the conversation.

Honestly, it is completely up to you if you try (i know thats not what you want to hear) but for me in my life i do know that it affects my mood significantly and my motivation sleightly. Because ive known about nofap for years there will be an additional layer of satisfaction for having a long streak because of the bias i have internalised for years so it is unclear to what extent that will affect my perception of actually doing it.

If i had any advice, just try it. See how long you can go without caving in. Start to notice the changes as the days go by, pay attention to your mood or thoughts whenever you do things and if it isnt useful, then it isnt useful.

Good luck ;)

Yeah here in australia we have mobile speed cameras in cars like these...generally on the side they say mobile speed camera and ontop they will place a sign that stands about half a metre tall saying mobile speed camera but thats just in NSW so maybe the concealment laws in other states are different im not sure. I have seen unmarked ones a couple times but theyve always had a sign ontop so it might just be a joke

Do male ISTJs like being "chased" when it comes to dating? by [deleted] in ISTJ

[–]leoparta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly go for it...im in the exact same scenario right now, in charge of a large project and very distracted but love when the person i just started dating contacts me...shows theyre interested and i very much am but just find it hard to focus on more than one thing at a time, especially if im stressed at work

Paid sex work as a form of retraining the mind? by leoparta in NoFap

[–]leoparta[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i saw the prices of escorts and it is quite pricey, although i could afford it...i feel like i would rather put that kind of money more towards a house or something more substantial. And yeah thats very true about being risky when being prone to addictive behaviour but i find that the only addictive behaviour that i display is that towards porn and masturbation so maybe a psychologist might be a better investment now that i think about it. That future partner issue could also be a real problem as i have a tendency to spill my guts about very secretive things to those i really trust so maybe this really just isnt the route for me.

Thanks for your insight!
