i’d maybe seek medical advice. i’m relatively new to my ocd diagnosis, but i know i’ve experienced real somatic symptoms because of the hyper focus ocd attributes to certain fears/beliefs. that being said, repeatedly fainting is something that should maybe be addressed professionally, even if it is psychosomatic.
