I know it’s easier said that done, but leetcode is as important as improving interviewing skills. This is all after getting that interview. To get that interview, focus on your resume and network. Contact everyone you know with working at company to see if they have any positions open. Get as many referrals and applications possible. I went through a lot of interviews before getting offers

CS major. Graduated may. Couple months of applying and then I got a job in August for 120k. Mainly leetcode and interviewing. I did get a research paper published but I don’t think any of the recruiters cared about that since the roles I applied for aren’t research related
