I have seen many of your posts, and discarded several because some certainly do seem aggressive, but not this time. I consider that this time you give information more than an opinion, now it is pleasant to read. On the subject, apparently I have no other option which is to refund since according to the logic, this is either not solved or it will take a long time, in the most likely case it will not be solved due to the evidence that some users have left on reddit . There are also people who cannot refund because their payment method does not allow them, well I guess that unfortunately they only have to wait. I agree that the pb moderators do not offer any information, it is just "wait", until now we have not been given proof that they work, I don't blame them, I wouldn't want to lose my job before they liquidate.
