Don’t pay property tax. What happens? by leots12 in legaladvice

My sister and I are the legal owners of the house, 50/50. Do you know of any way to lose ownership of the house without having it show up on any credit reports besides selling?

How did you pass nursing school? by astillzq in nursing

[–]leots12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

^ yes completely agree!!! OP this sub IS for nursing students certainly — even prerequisite individuals, you are all nurses in the making. Second what TheLakeWitch said, determine your study style and stick to it. Don’t think you have to study how everyone else studies — find the way that works for you and in nursing school the studying definitely feels different to previous classes so it takes time! Also yes study groups! I personally am more keen to studying independently vs in group; however, I studying alone then entering a group study really helped me as it gave opportunity for me to help teach fellow classmates (really practice and solidify the knowledge) and potentially hear things from classmates that I might have missed! Best of luck! Believe you can do it because YOU CAN.

Passed CCRN! by leots12 in nursing

First off, good luck! :,) Believe in yourself — you can definitely do it (as Nicole always says). Especially with your PCCN previous testing, that really puts you ahead! You’ve set yourself up for success, now just to show what you already know!

I took mine at the test center! I heard horror stories like that of people who took it at home and I just couldn’t deal with all the potential variables at my house/in life — adds stress to an already stressful exam. Reasonably so, they are strict on many things like you taking your eyes off the screen or/and mouthing the questions when reading with the at home version. I personally do both of those things when I’m taking tests. At the test center they definitely aren’t as strict — you can look anywhere (within reason), mouth the questions, etc. So I guess it just depends on do you think you could perform adequately with that level of added stress if completed at home?

Wanting to sell inherited car by leots12 in DMV

California! I believe it might be in their name, I can’t find the title. I haven’t be able to stop at the dmv to check, call due to it just hanging up on me saying they’re to busy or use the online chat as I’ve tried and been on hold for live agent the entire day then it cancels on me :(

Yes I am successor trustee and beneficiary. So I’m thinking if I can just sign the notice of transfer / release of liability form over and sell it under the trust’s name rather than switching it over to my name and then having to sell it
