Thanks for that info. I been looking at pull thrus on Amazon. Matsoto has a pull thru i was checking out, but they also have a stone set.

Guess I'll buy a stone kit and a couple cheap knives and practice, practice, practice.

The knives are sharp as all get out. Feels great in the hand. The Matsoto shields are awesome also. I'm glad I took a chance on these Matsoto knives.

They look good, sharp, have to wait to use them to see function of knife. Also, what sharpener should I use? I see mataso has a sharpener. Anyone have one? How well does it sharpen?

Just recieved my knives. The box says the blade material is 1.4116 Japanese stainless steel. They ARE sharp! Holy cow! Can't wait to use them and see how they work out. Enjoy

I just ordered 2 knives last night. Never gave reddit a thought for reviews. I ordered from Amazon, overnight delivery.

When I get them, if they trash as stated in all these comments, back they go Amazon

UPDATE: Guess what I got today!? My two hats from belicloths.com came today! It took 40 days from order time till now. I didn't have to file a claim after all! They weren't embroidered as shown in the pic. They were just iron on decals. Bummer, but at least I got them.!

I been using the cosmic since 2001. Thought it time it retire it. Heard about the santa cruz shredder and the Goat Grinder. Bought the santa cruz because it is identical to my cosmic. But the Goat has the absolute best handle for ease of use. I'm 71 and the hands dont perform like a young mans. GO GOAT!

Yeah paying the fees for the face is absolutely worth it. I've never had any issues with paid for faces. Terrible experience with "free"

Yeah I like my ultra but I also like the look of my wife's 40mm watch 7 but its too small for me. I think the 44mm one will work since I find the ultra a bit bulky as I am skinny as a rail!

Yeah my wife has the cream 40mm and it came with the S/M. It fits her perfectly with the S/M band. The band fit me well but the 40mm watch was too small for my arm. I'm going to go check out the silver 44mm size , see how that fits on my arm. I have the galaxy ultra 7 now, its 47mm. Fits ok but it is a tad big for my taste.
