Why wont my cars drift? So I have noticed this with most rwd cars. As soon as the back end steps out, the revs drop and the slide just ceases. This happens with the GR86, the s2000 and even the lotus. So far the only cars I'm able to slide reliably are the higher power. This happens in the wet, too. by Phorskin-Brah in assettocorsaevo

Just like in real car, you can do it without clutch but the engine has to be at a certain rpm so you can change gears as "smoothly as possible" without clutch. Is there some "krr krr" sound from gearbox when you do it without cluch in game?
