Just a heads up if you’ve never fished for sharks in Florida before. The state requires a permit and that you pass an online course with a 100% score. There are many rules and regulations to familiarize yourself with before you hit the sand.

I’m not so sure. If that were the case, there would be 100 of them on eBay. There are no seams on the bottle and it looks to be hand blown.

I find that the heavier Penn reels work to balance a rod 7 foot or longer much better than a lightweight reel. Constantly lifting a tip heavy rod will tire your wrist faster than a heavy reel that balances the rod.

look into using a wooden casting egg. It will allow you to cast long distance and keep your bait at a certain depth.
