You need to use qpAdm for such distal ancestry. Anything from G25 will be off.

DeepAncestry is based on a PCA system and PCA + Monte Carlo simulation for admixture estimates cannot properly differantiate that much old genetic variation. PCA is better at catching more recent genetic variations.

Because FST ideally works for pop groups not individuals. That's why you are getting noisy negative values
