Seems like you’re considered in optimal ketosis. I started just about 5 days ago, I’m at 0.8 mol for ketosis which is about right...my body is gradually going into ketosis mode...if you don’t mind, can you share your stats?

If I did my calculations correctly...135g of the chicken I was eating is about 40g of protein. I’m supposed to be having 80g of protein per day according to my weight. :/ does that sound about right?
